Version 2026-09-15. This document describes what we do with personal data, both for our customers and for their guests.
If you have an account with us, we decide how your data is used: we are the controller.
If you are a guest at an event, your details were entrusted to us by the organisers. They decide; we only carry out. For any request about them, contact the organisers — or us, and we will pass it on.
Email address, hashed password, sign-in dates, and the event information you enter: names, date, venues, texts, photos and music you upload.
The date and version of the terms you accepted at sign-up.
First name, last name, one or two phone numbers, the invitation language, the attendance reply and the number of adults and children announced.
Depending on what the organiser chose to ask: the names of household members, including children; dietary notes; a free message; and the custom columns the organiser creates.
Depending on what is written in them, these free fields may contain information touching on health or religious practice — "gluten free", "strictly kosher". We make no use of them other than displaying them to the organiser, and we recommend writing only what is necessary.
If the invitation is sent over WhatsApp: delivery and read receipts, and the replies received, including voice messages.
To provide the service requested: display the invitation, collect confirmations, prepare the seating plan, send the messages.
To issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations.
To keep the service secure and answer your support requests.
Only with the providers needed to run the service:
Supabase (database and authentication) — hosts accounts, invitations and guest lists.
Vercel Inc., USA (website hosting) — all requests pass through its infrastructure.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) — receives the phone numbers, first names and images needed to deliver the messages.
Twilio (voice calls, only when the phone confirmation feature is enabled) — receives the guest's number and first name.
Airwallex (payment collection) — receives what is needed to settle your order. This provider never handles your guests' data.
Google ("continue with Google" sign-in, and reCAPTCHA on sign-up and password reset) — receives your email address and profile if you choose that sign-in method, and your IP address during the anti-bot check. This provider never handles your guests' data.
We do not sell or rent any data. We do not use guests' details for our own marketing.
Two of these providers — Vercel and Meta — are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the contractual safeguards provided for that purpose.
Guest data is kept while the event is being prepared and until twelve months after its date, then deleted.
The account and its invitations are kept while the account is active. After closure they are deleted, except invoices we are legally required to keep.
You may ask for deletion before those periods.
This site uses no advertising tracker and no audience measurement tool. No Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no session recording.
The only cookie set is the one that keeps you signed in to your account. It is essential to the service and not subject to consent.
The browser also remembers a few local preferences — the chosen language, the invitation being edited, a dialog already read. That information does not leave your device and is not sent to us.
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, portability, or object to a processing operation.

If you are a guest at an event, the fastest route is through the organiser, who can delete your record immediately from their dashboard.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact your country's data protection authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in France, the CNIL.
Access to the data is restricted to those who need it, under a confidentiality obligation. Traffic is encrypted in transit. We notify you without delay if a security incident concerns you.
