Version 2026-09-15. These terms form the contract between Sophie Bellaiche ("we") and the person creating an account ("you"). They are accepted at sign-up.
Sophie Bellaiche — סופי אנני בלאיש, exempt dealer (osek patur) registered in Israel under number 336429816. Contact: sophie@sbevent26.com · +972 58 638 9150.
Full legal details, including the host, are on the legal notice page.
An online service to create an event invitation (wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, brit mila, engagement), manage a guest list, collect attendance confirmations, prepare a seating plan and, depending on the plan, send invitations over WhatsApp.
The service is provided as described on the site on the day of your order. We may improve it or change how it works; we do not remove a feature you have already paid for before your event has taken place.
You create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for it: do not share it, and tell us if you believe it has been used without you.
You must be of legal age, or have a guardian's consent.
Prices are those shown at the time of the order. The price shown is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout.
As an exempt dealer (osek patur) in Israel, we do not charge Israeli VAT.
Each LANGUAGE VERSION of an invitation is paid for separately. A French invitation and its Hebrew translation are two versions: paying for one does not unlock the other.
The seating plan and WhatsApp sending are separate modules. Not having them does not affect the rest of the service.
Before payment an invitation runs as a trial: at most two guests, one table, two replies received, and no real WhatsApp sending. Everything else is available so you can judge for yourself.
These limits are enforced by the service itself. They are not a malfunction.
Access is granted for preparing and holding your event. Unless stated otherwise on the site at the time of order, it ends twelve months after the event date.
You may ask us at any time to close your account and delete your data by writing to sophie@sbevent26.com. We act on it promptly, subject to accounting obligations that require us to keep invoices.
The service is digital content supplied immediately. If you live in the European Union you normally have a fourteen-day withdrawal period; by requesting immediate access you agree that performance starts at once and you waive that period for the part already performed.
If the service has not been used, write to us: we consider every request in good faith.
You warrant that you are entitled to give us your guests' contact details and able to inform them of how they are used. You decide whom to invite and what you collect about them.
You do not use the service for commercial prospecting, donation requests, or any mass sending unrelated to a private event. Such use is prohibited and leads to account closure without refund.
You do not upload anything unlawful, or content you have no rights to.
For your guests' data you are the controller and we are your processor. We process that data only to produce and operate your invitation, on your instructions.
We do not sell it, rent it, use it for our own prospecting, or reuse it for another customer.
The providers we rely on to deliver the service are listed below. By accepting these terms you authorise their involvement.
Supabase (database and authentication) — hosts accounts, invitations and guest lists.
Vercel Inc., USA (website hosting) — all requests pass through its infrastructure.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) — receives the phone numbers, first names and images needed to deliver the messages.
Twilio (voice calls, only when the phone confirmation feature is enabled) — receives the guest's number and first name.
Airwallex (payment collection) — receives what is needed to settle your order. This provider never handles your guests' data.
Google ("continue with Google" sign-in, and reCAPTCHA on sign-up and password reset) — receives your email address and profile if you choose that sign-in method, and your IP address during the anti-bot check. This provider never handles your guests' data.
We tell you before adding a new one, so that you can object by ending the contract.
We bind to confidentiality anyone who accesses this data, take reasonable measures to protect it, and assist you if a guest exercises their rights or a security incident occurs. At the end of the contract the data is deleted or returned to you, as you choose.
The names, photos, music and texts you upload remain yours. You grant us only the right to use them to produce and display your invitation.
The invitation templates, the code and the visuals of the service remain ours. You do not resell them or reuse them outside your own event.
Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and Meta: template approval, rate limits, sender number quality, blocks. We do everything we can for your messages to go out, but we cannot guarantee they will be delivered, or when.
A guest may have changed number, blocked business messages, or not use WhatsApp at all. The sending screen tells you who received nothing and why, whenever that information is given to us.
We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee it is uninterrupted: it depends on hosts and third-party services.
Our liability, where fault is proven, is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where the law forbids it.
We recommend exporting your guest list from the dashboard before the event: it is a backup that depends on no one.
We may update these terms. The version applying to your order is the one you accepted, whose date is recorded with your account. We flag any substantial change, and you may then end the contract if it does not suit you.
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts are those of the Tel Aviv district. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
